LITTLE TIPS FOR YOUR COMFORT:

Bring a comfortable outfit, barefoot or with non-slip socks.

Bring a Yoga mat, and a blanket, you will always be more comfortable with yours.

Eat at least 2-3 hours before class starts or eat very lightly.

Come with the beginner's mind.


HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD YOU PRACTICE YOGA?

Our body has a memory. If we want a real transformation we must commit to creating new habits.

1 time / week = A good stretch and a good cleansing.
2 times / week = Good maintenance.
3-4 times / week = Significant changes in body and mind.
5 times / week = Yoga is part of your life.
