WHY AN INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE?

Individual training is recommended for a more adapted and personalized follow-up.

Once the objectives are set, I put in place different techniques so that the student gradually regains confidence in his faculties.
And in a short time, the practitioner brings more and more creative responses by drawing on his own resources.


STRATEGY AND PLAN

Each practitioner is unique. This is why I adapt the courses according to your specific needs and will set up a personalized plan.


LITTLE TIPS FOR YOUR COMFORT:

Bring a comfortable outfit, barefoot or with non-slip socks.

Bring a Yoga mat, and a blanket, you will always be more comfortable with yours.

Eat at least 2-3 hours before class starts or eat very lightly.

Come with a beginner's mind.



AT WHAT FREQUENCY SHOULD WE PRACTICE YOGA?

Our body has a memory. If we want real transformation we must commit to creating new habits.

Once / week = A good stretch.
2 times / week = A good maintenance.
3-4 times / week = Significant changes in body and mind.
5 times / week = Yoga is part of your life
